For NDIS participants and families, My Solas is always free to use. Our resources help you to understand the funding in your plan, compare local providers, and make informed decisions.

Providers and independent support workers can use My Solas to reach participants who are actively looking for the services you provide. Our purpose-built platform also gives you the tools you need for recruitment, event management, and more.

CREATED IN COLLABORATION, FOR ALL

We’ve conducted extensive research with more than 200 individuals, including insights from people with disabilities, families and service providers, to create My Solas.

Developed over many years, in collaboration with the disability community, My Solas is an Australian-first online ecosystem. More than half a million Australians now accessing the NDIS, with more joining each year. A system is needed to help participants understand their plan and make informed choices for their NDIS journey.

The My Solas team, and its combined decades of experience supporting and learning from people with disabilities, families and providers, has designed a solution that ensures everyone in the NDIS community has access to the information, guidance and connection that’s needed to feel empowered and in control.

For participants, family members and friends, there is no cost to join My Solas. For providers, there are varying levels of pricing plans depending on whether you are an independent support worker or a large provider.

No, My Solas does not earn any commission when participants use the platform. Providers pay a subscription to setup a provider profile.

We are always looking to continue to improve our system. You can make any suggestions to us via our contact page and we endeavour to respond to you within two business days.

Yes, you absolutely can. We have created our pricing plans to enable a level playing field for all providers and sole traders. Take a look at our pricing options to find a level suitable for you.

No, we have pricing options that enable you to add multiple service locations within one subscription. If you have more than five locations, contact us to put a bespoke quote together for you.

If you are a provider and you have a SIL or SDA property vacancy, you are able to select your preferred pricing plan option and sign up to My Solas to list your vacancies. Each tier of membership allows a different amount of property vacancy listings so be sure to select the one that’s right for you.
