For participants, family members and friends, there is no cost to join My Solas. For providers, there are varying levels of pricing plans depending on whether you are an independent support worker or a large provider.
Does My Solas earn commission when a participant uses the platform to select a new provider?
No, My Solas does not earn any commission when participants use the platform. Providers pay a subscription to setup a provider profile.
How does My Solas ensure providers are trusted and high-quality?
We verify every provider’s credentials and compliance before they join My Solas. Ongoing checks and participant feedback help us continuously monitor quality and maintain a trusted, safe platform.
Can family members manage an account on behalf of a participant?
Yes, family members, carers, or trusted supporters can assist participants by helping manage their account or interacting on their behalf.
Is my information safe on My Solas?
Yes, your privacy and security are top priorities. All messages and information are protected with secure, encrypted technology.
