For Support Workers

Unlike other platforms, My Solas does not take a percentage of your hourly rate. Our fixed monthly membership cost means you'll always have confidence of your expenses. You can set your own hourly rate and agreement on rates with clients without any input from My Solas.

To create your profile as an independent support worker you'll need your ABN (Australian Business Number), NDIS Certification, NDIS Support Worker Screening and NDIS First Aid. You'll also be required to upload proof of a current Blue Card, Police Check, Public Liability insurance. If you are providing transport services you'll also require proof of motor vehicle insurance and your drivers licence. If you're unsure about any of these documents, reach out to us.

At this time, we do not offer public liability insurance. As a self-employer support worker, you are required to cover yourself with an appropriate level of insurance.
